Bridget Colvin qualified from Leith’s School of Food and Wine in Kensington, London in 1996. On finishing her studies she joined BBC Good Food Magazine as a Recipe Tester, progressing to Food Writer and Home Economist. Her work has been published in a number of food magazines including Good Housekeeping, BBC Good Food Magazine, Delicious and Vegetarian Good Food, to name but a few.
Bridget works extensively with Ursula Ferrigno with whom she has
co-written 'The New Family Bread Book' published by Mitchell Beazley.
Bridget has successfully run a children's cookery workshop based in St. Albans.
